Strawberry Cherry Shake with Konjac Flour

Pit cherries, remove the stems from strawberries, and combine with almond milk in a tall mixer. Blend until smooth.
2.
For those who prefer it without any bits: Strain the mixture through a fine-mesh kitchen sieve to collect the liquid.
3.
Add erythritol and konjac flour. Mix again and let it sit for about 10 minutes to thicken.
4.
Once the shake has reached the desired consistency, it's ready to be served. Best enjoyed cold :)
5.
Tip: If the consistency is too thick, add more liquid. If it's too runny, add a bit more konjac flour.
