Subscription conditions:

  • A minimum of 3 monthly deliveries
  • Payment by credit card or PayPal only
  • Delivery to EU countries only

Sign up in three easy steps:

  1. Select the pasta and rice products for your monthly delivery and place them in your cart. Click on the small cart symbol at the top right of the page to place your order. You will see the option "Monthly delivery" at the bottom of the order page.
  2. Tick the box and order your first delivery.
  3. Your products will be delivered on a monthly basis from your first order.

What products can I add to my subscription?
At the moment, only items that are permanently available can be added to subscriptions. These include our konjac rice, our konjac pasta, konjac glucomannan capsules, and erythritol sugar. You can also subscribe for one item only and still save every month.

How flexible is my Shileo subscription?
After your third delivery, you can cancel your subscription at any time up to four days before the next delivery.

To do so, simply go to our website and click on the top right tab "My account". Here you can manage your subscription as flexibly as you need.

Can I also subscribe for a delivery every two or three months?
Not yet, unfortunately. At the moment, our system can only handle monthly deliveries. However, we are working on a solution.
